Spiked Mandala crochet pattern
Free pattern to crochet little Spiked Mandala
Instructions
Round 1 – ch 3 in a magic ring (counts as first dc) and 11 dc
3dc cluster
Round 5 - (3 sc on the chain, ch 1) * 12 times
Round 6 – 1 dc to every st
Round 8 – 5 dc to the top of tr st, skip 2 st and make sc,
skip 2 more st and repeat 5 dc in one st. Repeat 12 times
Fasten off and make a needle join. Weave in the tails. Change color.

Fasten off and make a needle join. Weave in the tails. Change color.
Round 2 – work between the posts of the dc stitches
(3dc cluster, ch 1)*12 times
Start with a standing st – secure yarn on a hook,
yarn over, insert hook between stitches, draw through the first two loops,
you have 2 loops on a hook (pic1)
yarn over, draw through the first two loops – 3 loops on a hook (pic2)
yarn over, draw through the first two loops – 4 loops on a hook (pic3)
yarn over and draw through all 4 loops. You just made 3dc cluster (pic4).
ch 1.
Make 12 clusters.
Fasten off and make a needle join. Weave in the tails.
Change color.
Round 3 – (2 sc between the clusters, ch1)*12 times
Fasten off and make a needle join. Weave in the tails. Change color.
Round 4 – (1 sc to the chain gap, ch2)* 12 times
Fasten off and make a needle join. Weave in the tails. Change color.
Fasten off and make a needle join. Weave in the
tails. Change color.
Fasten off and make a needle join. Weave in the tails. Change color.
Round 7 – 1 tr
underneath the sc st from round 4, 1 sc to the same st again, 4 sc to the following
stitches.
(1 tr to sc st from round 4, 1 sc to the same st again, 4 sc) 11 more
times
Fasten off and make a needle join. Weave in the tails. Change color.
sc to the top of sc stitch of the previous round,
ch 2, sc to the middle of 5dc(the third dc),
make picot -ch3, ss to the third ch from the hook,
sc to the same st, ch 2, sc to the sc st of round 8
Repeat 12 times.
Fasten off and make a needle join. Weave in the tails.
Round 10 – surface chain stitches between single crochet
stitches of round 7 (the white sc round)
Fasten off and make a needle join. Weave in the tails.

Woodland creatures pattern
Almost an year ago I started the project of writing pattern for my Woodland creatures.
